Berry Nutritious Smoothie Bowl

Smoothie bowls have been pigeon holed as just blended fruit you eat with a spoon rather than suck through a straw for too long. The beauty of a bowl is how much wonderful nutrition you can pack into them! Quickly and conveniently getting a wide variety of foods that taste great and hitting your micronutrients in one delicious meal. Here is one of our favorite go-to's:

Berry Nutritious Smoothie Bowl


  • 8oz non-dairy milk

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries

  • 1/2 small/medium avocado

  • 1 packet Pure2 vanilla protein powder

  • 1 handful spinach

  • For toppings: fresh banana, shaved coconut, mixed berries


  • Add all ingredients to blender and mix until smooth. Add small amounts of milk to mix if it's too thick to blend.

  • Top with shaved coconut, more berries (fresh or frozen), sliced banana, and more!
