Based Smoothie Recipes

Simply add all ingredients from each recipe to a blender, and enjoy!

1. Vanilla Matcha Shake 

  • 8oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 2 scoops PurE2 vanilla protein
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1 tsp matcha (green tea) powder
  • 5-6 ice cubes

2. Strawberry Bliss Shake 

  • 8 oz unsweetened almond or coconut milk
  • 2 scoops vanilla PurE2 protein
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp old fashioned oats
  • 3-4 strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 5-6 ice cubes (if using fresh berries)
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)

3. Green Machine Shake

  • 8oz unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 scoops PurE2 Vanilla Protein
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1/2 avocado
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 5-6 ice cubes

4. Chai Time Vanilla Shake

  • 8 oz unsweetened almond or coconut milk
  • 2 scoops chocolate PurE2 protein
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 3-4 strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 5-6 ice cubes (if using fresh berries)
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)

5. Matcha Chai Spice Shake 

  • 8oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 2 scoops PurE2 vanilla protein
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1 tsp matcha (green tea) powder
  • ½-1 tsp chai spice
  • 5-6 ice cubes
